Terms and Conditions for T&D's Home Services

Welcome to T&D’s Home Services. By accessing or using our website or engaging our services via email or any other method, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Services Provided
T&D’s Home Services offers a range of domestic services including but not limited to gardening, painting and decorating, patio restoration, window cleaning, and more. Plumbing and electrical work may be carried out by trusted third-party contractors.
2. Third-Party Contractors
For plumbing and electrical work, we may refer or subcontract to third-party professionals. While we vet our partners carefully, T&D’s Home Services is not liable for the actions or negligence of these third parties. Any issues should be addressed directly with the contractor performing the service.
3. Customer Information
To provide our services, we collect the following customer details:
• Full Name
• Address
• Contact Number
• Email address
Your data is used solely for the purpose of arranging and completing the services requested. We do not share or sell your personal information.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
• Full Cancellation: If you cancel a booking outright, a cancellation fee of £200 will be charged. The remainder of your payment will be refunded.
• Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule, you must provide at least 7 days’ notice. If proper notice is given, no fee will be applied.
• Short Notice Rescheduling or No-Shows: If less than 7 days’ notice is given or you are unavailable at the agreed time, the cancellation policy will apply.
On-site/On day Cancellation: If you cancel a booking with our team on-site or of the day of the work being booked in, there will be a fee of £350.
5. Payments
Payment must be made according to the agreed terms provided at the time of booking. Failure to pay may result in service refusal and/or additional charges.
All quotes provided by T&D’s Home Services are based on the information available at the time of booking and are subject to change if:
• The scope of the work is different than originally described
• Additional time, materials, or labour are required to complete the job
• Access issues or unforeseen complications arise
In such cases, we will notify you before proceeding with any additional work and provide an updated price. You will have the option to approve or decline the extra charges before the work continues - this may lead to the work being cancelled due to unsafe working area or the work can not be completed without the additional. In these cases we will charge you for the work completed and for the purchased materials, and the On-site/On day Cancellation Policy will apply.
6. Liability
T&D’s Home Services will take all reasonable care when providing services. However, we are not liable for:
• Delays caused by factors beyond our control.
• Damage caused by third-party contractors.
• Minor cosmetic damage resulting from necessary work. A risk assessment will be done by the team. They will inform and request your signature of understanding.
7. Complaints

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
